We’re looking for a Software Engineer who will be working on a mental health platform that combines mobile technology with AI-powered therapy support. The product features an AI journal where patients record voice entries. These recordings are analysed by AI to help therapists identify the most effective treatment strategies for each patient.

The approach is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), helping patients change thinking patterns and develop healthier behaviors through guided problem-solving and relaxation techniques.

2 Software Engineers, QA Engineer, DevOps Engineer, UI-UX Designer, Delivery Manager

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain high-performance cross-platform mobile applications (iOS/Android) using React Native and Expo
  • Design and implement a robust state management architecture using Redux Toolkit.
  • Integrate with APIs and optimize data handling (caching, real-time updates) using RTK Query.
  • Define testing strategies (unit, component, E2E) and ensure code quality in CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications.
  • Present technical solutions to clients and facilitate discussions regarding mobile application architecture.
  • Present solutions directly to clients and facilitate architectural discussions

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in mobile application development
  • Deep expertise in advanced state management (Redux Toolkit) and data fetching/caching strategies (RTK Query)
  • Proven experience building and managing projects within the Expo ecosystem (e.g., EAS Build, Dev Client)
  • Strong experience consuming complex REST APIs and managing data persistence on mobile devices
  • Deep understanding of modern authorization mechanisms (e.g., JWT, OAuth 2.0) and secure token storage on mobile
  • Experience with mobile CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, EAS) and release governance for the App Store and Google Play
  • Fluency in English and the ability to lead client demos and team knowledge sharing
  • Experience with tools like Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot, Codex or similar AI Assistants is highly desirable

Nice to have: 

  • Experience implementing audio processing features (e.g., recording or playback) in a mobile application
