Project Overview
Our client develops a comprehensive US real estate platform that streamlines the entire real estate journey through property search, personalized client engagement, transaction management, digital contract signing, and post-sale concierge services.
We are looking for a Senior React Native Engineer who combines strong engineering skills with technical judgment and initiative.
This is a hands-on senior role centered on technical ownership: regular feature and bug work alongside the team, combined with driving codebase improvements, best practices, and the technical direction of mobile development.
The role requires a high degree of autonomy and judgment. You will work closely with Product Owners and client stakeholders, help shape solutions and requirements, identify technical risks, and make pragmatic decisions in a fast-moving startup environment.
Type of engagement: outstaffing team extension for ongoing collaboration (with daily overlap until 8:00 PM EEST)

Job Highlights:
- Work on a real estate platform with multiple business domains, including property search, transaction flows, digital signing, and post-sale services
- Work as part of a distributed multinational team with direct collaboration across engineering and product functions
- Startup-style environment with lightweight processes, fast delivery cycles, and pragmatic engineering trade-offs
- High level of ownership and involvement in solution discussions, implementation decisions, and feature shaping
- Complex technical challenges, including e-signature processing, asynchronous workflows, and notification systems
- Close collaboration with Product Owners and direct communication with client stakeholders
- Opportunity to work across different parts of the platform as the product evolves
Team Composition:
Responsibilities
- Delivery of new application versions quickly while gradually improving code quality and maintainability
- End-to-end development of critical real estate workflows
- Optimizing app performance using Datadog metrics and Sentry/Firebase log
- Proactively fixing issues in the existing codebase using patch-package or native adjustments when needed
- Managing builds and releases across different environments
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team, including software engineers, QA, DevOps
- Work closely with the PO (client) to ensure alignment with business objectives
Qualifications
- 7+ years of software engineering experience
- Proven technical leadership experience, including leading technical decisions, guiding other engineers, and taking ownership of complex initiatives
- Experience making architectural and implementation decisions and being accountable for delivery outcomes
- Experience mentoring engineers, conducting code reviews, and helping establish engineering standards and best practices
- Ability to challenge requirements constructively, evaluate trade-offs, and propose pragmatic solutions directly with Product Owners and client stakeholders
- Active use of AI-assisted development tools
- Upper-Intermediate English level or above
