The system connects companies (Clients) with freelance Experts who resolve customer inquiries, while internal Specialists manage ticket queues and platform operations.
Employment type: Temporary — full-time for the first 2–3 months, transitioning to part-time (~50%) afterward. Potential for longer-term collaboration depending on project needs.
