We are looking for a Senior-level Delivery Manager to enable development teams to deliver reliable service to our clients by following the best practices and standards in agile product development lifecycle. 

You will drive day-to-day execution, clear blockers, maintain realistic plans, and foster team excellence through coaching and transparent communication. Your focus will be on delivering predictable results that drive measurable business results.

Team Composition:
Responsibilities
  • Plan and manage multiple PoC and MVP projects at the same time 
  • Understand project goals, constraints, and how the team can achieve them
  • Keep product plans, releases, and sprint schedules up to date
  • Manage daily project work and lead team meetings
  • Identify potential problems early, plan for worst-case scenarios, and work to reduce risks over time
  • Design the team's way of working based on project context and limitations
  • Provide clear project updates to clients with recommendations and trade-offs 
  • Conduct 1-on-1s and provide actionable feedback to project team members
  • Track and monitor critical project metrics - velocity, lead time, cycle time, and budget
  • Create good working relationships with clients
  • Clear blockers, align teams and ensure transparent stakeholders communication
  • Maintain healthy team dynamics and sustainable pace through Agile and Lean practices
  • Lead pre-sales activities and project kickoffs
Qualifications
  • 7+ years experience of agile project management in IT with proven track record of 2-3 concurrent complex projects
  • Experience working directly with clients and managing multiple medium sized teams (8-16 people)
  • Deep understanding of software development life cycle
  • Expert knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, hybrid approaches and scaling frameworks (LeSS, Nexus, SAFe)
  • Experience leading new client engagements and pre-sales activities 
  • Familiar with system thinking, root cause analysis and program management
  • Proficient with Jira, Confluence and reporting tools 
  • Experience with distributed team management and removing anti-patterns
  • Strong time management, prioritisation, and data driven decision making skills
  • Experience leading enterprise transformations or organizational change initiatives
  • Advanced English level for clear written and verbal communication

Nice to Have

  • Experience in integrating AI tools into running projects and workflows (AI meeting notes, analysis)
  • Track record of building AI-powered products to production
  • Advanced Agile certifications (PSMII, PSPOII, PALI, PMI-ACP, SAFe, LeSS or equivalent)
  • Experience in multi-vendor or multi-team coordination
