AI Systems Engineering: Agentic document parsing, retrieval-augmented generation (vector embeddings, hybrid retrieval), multimodal content generation (structured courses, slides, diagrams, narrated video with TTS), instructional-design generation, LLM prompt engineering, and LLM evaluation harnesses. Hands-on experience with the OpenAI API, Anthropic API, and self-hosted models.
Data Engineering: ETL pipelines, data warehousing, and dimensional (star-schema) modeling; ingestion and normalization from diverse sources and file formats; automated classification pipelines.
Hands-on Full-Stack Engineering: Active individual contributor across design, implementation, testing, and delivery in Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, React/Angular, Node.js/NestJS/FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Redis, DynamoDB, and Elasticsearch. Primary expertise in AWS across a wide range of services (compute, serverless, storage, databases, messaging), with additional experience in Google Firebase and Azure.
Engineering Leadership: Manages multiple sub-teams, leads technical hiring and interviews, mentors engineers, and aligns engineering with business goals and product roadmaps. Establishes the SDLC from the ground up for new products—defining engineering processes, infrastructure, and CI/CD.
Pre-Sales & Technical Advisory: Acts as a technical expert in pre-sales (effort estimation, solution architecture, and technical proposals) and performs technical due diligence and assessments for existing products.
