To close the operational gap between pharmaceutical manufacturers and payers by building a platform that could streamline rebate negotiations, improve pricing transparency, and reduce administrative overhead. To become the go-to solution for rebate management—standardizing a fragmented process and capturing a leading position in the market.

The core system was rebuilt and expanded with new modules, including Rebate Negotiation, Contract Management, and Reporting Dashboards, to support scalability.
