responsibilities
  • Developing and maintaining the site using Webflow: creating responsive, cross-browser layouts and working with its CMS features
  • Working with non-formalized requirements: clarifying needs with the PO, discussing options, and receiving feedback
  • Decomposing tasks into User Stories and estimating effort based on business concepts
  • Implementing additional extensions or integrations through Webflow or custom code when necessary
  • Adding custom scripts or hooks for advanced interactivity or features
  • Creating and optimizing animations and interactive elements
  • Improving the site’s speed, stability, and security
  • Releasing updates and changes to the production environment
  • Maintaining the site during active development (fixing bugs and addressing issues)
qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience in developing websites using Webflow
  • Solid understanding of HTML5 and CSS3, including adaptive and cross-browser layout skills
  • At least 1 year of experience with JavaScript
  • Strong understanding of responsive design principles and best practices
  • Knowledge of the basic principles of programming (DRY, KISS, Clean Code)
  • Familiarity with prototyping tools like Figma
  • Experience with GIT
  • Knowledge of integrating analytics tools and SEO best practices
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership of tasks, and make informed decisions as the sole developer on the project
  • English at a pre-intermediate level or above

Hiring process:

Hiring process. The hiring process typically involves 2-3 steps, depending on the position: up to a 1-hour interview with HR, a 1.5-hour technical interview, and a final interview.

Overtime policy:

In general, overtimes are not something we practice, but in case of an emergency, and if there is an agreement between the manager and the developer, overtime will be compensated financially.
