We are looking for an Agile Delivery Manager to strengthen our Delivery Team. MEV’s Delivery Manager is a person who enables our development teams to deliver reliable service to our clients by following LEAN and Agile principles.

Projects we need a manager for: 

  • External Support Program (managing one development Team) 
  • Other engagements (external projects) in the future

The support program is an opportunity for customers who are out of the ongoing development phase to take advantage of our team's support in case of new features or bugs. We are currently working on process improvements in the department to spend minimum time on management. It is important to stay on top of what is happening and to communicate quickly with customers.

qualifications
  • 2+ years of agile project management experience in IT projects
  • Solid understanding of software development
  • Team leading & enabling skills (coaching, mentoring, motivation, impediments removing, etc.)
  • Lean/Agile mindset evangelist
  • Understanding and applying Scrum
  • Good planning and time management skills
  • Feeling good with uncertainty and emergent requirements
  • Applying system thinking
  • Good communication skills and English at least at Upper-Intermediate level

Hiring process:

Hiring process. The hiring process typically involves 2-3 steps, depending on the position: up to a 1-hour interview with HR, a 1.5-hour technical interview, and a final interview.

Overtime policy:

In general, overtimes are not something we practice, but in case of an emergency, and if there is an agreement between the manager and the developer, overtime will be compensated financially.
