With a diverse portfolio and a focus on long-term partnerships, we are seeking an Account Manager to lead client relationships and ensure the successful delivery of our projects and services. 

As part of a small team, you will work directly with the CEO and gain firsthand experience in strategic decision-making. The role involves managing approximately 5-10 accounts simultaneously, with the possibility of expanding your scope of work.

  • Build and develop reliable relationships with clients as a trusted advisor that clients turn to for guidance and solutions
  • Understand the client's business, goals, and challenges to anticipate their needs and provide strategic support, ensuring their satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with technology trends, business changes, and potential industry challenges
  • Uncover new opportunities for account growth to drive upselling and cross-selling 
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of software solutions that meet client objectives and needs
  • Monitor project progress, address issues, and mitigate risks in collaboration with Agile Delivery Managers
  • Oversee account budgets, invoicing, and payment collections to ensure profitability, and negotiate contracts and terms 
  • Partially assist in sales activities to identify opportunities that align with client needs and support their long-term goals
  • Provide regular updates on account performance and client feedback to management
qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in account management or a similar role, with a strong track record in managing client accounts and driving sales in a B2B environment
  • Experience in the software development service industry (outsourcing) 
  • Technical background with a solid understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and IT industry trends
  • Experience working with large corporations and understanding their business processes will be a plus
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and understanding of product/business metrics
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences
  • Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends and best practices
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English, as all clients are US-based

Hiring process:

Hiring process. The hiring process typically involves 2-3 steps, depending on the position: up to a 1-hour interview with HR, a 1.5-hour technical interview, and a final interview.

Overtime policy:

In general, overtimes are not something we practice, but in case of an emergency, and if there is an agreement between the manager and the developer, overtime will be compensated financially.
