Before we start the service, we conduct an audit. The project's state doesn't always call for immediate work as sometimes it must first be brought to a maintainable condition.. Full Application Support and Maintenance is covered by service hours. For Incident Support, if the audit deems the project state 'unsatisfactory,' it may evolve into a separate small project.
We assess the current state of your application—checking for technical debt, stability issues, and critical vulnerabilities. This helps us understand what needs fixing before ongoing support kicks in. It takes up to 10 hours.
If the audit reveals your app isn’t ready for maintenance, we’ll outline a plan to get it there. For Full Application Support and Maintenance clients, this prep work is covered by your service hours. With Incident Support, it may require a separate, one-time project to stabilize things first.
With the Full Application Support and Maintenance plan, unused hours roll over. Incident Support hours, however, don’t roll over since they’re meant for immediate fixes.
If your application stops working, users can’t access key features, or there’s a major security issue—we call that critical.
For Full Application Support clients, if we finish necessary maintenance and stability work with time left in your monthly hours, we can tackle new features. Stability always comes first, but we’ve got you covered for growth too.
Critical incidents are resolved within 24 hours. Other updates or tasks we’ll prioritize based on urgency but always keep you in the loop.
