We’re looking for a Business Analyst who will help us continuously improve our internal processes and internal tools that support daily operations across the company.

You will work across:

  • Internal initiatives: business process optimization inside the company (HR, marketing, finance, admin as needed.)
  • Internal products: improving tools that are used in day-to-day work (HR, staffing, absence management tools)

  • Reduced operational friction by simplifying workflows and removing bottlenecks across operational processes
  • Faster request-to-delivery cycle for internal improvements via clear requirements, high backlog quality, and refinements

Responsibilities
  • Intake requests for internal tools and process improvements, clarify the goal, scope boundaries, stakeholders, and “done” criteria.
  • Turn requests into Jira-ready user stories with acceptance criteria, business rules, and edge cases.
  • Analyze current behavior, identify impact (users/roles, data, reports, integrations), and propose a practical solution.
  • Run refinement discussions and align on scope with the development team.
  • Maintain backlog health: remove duplicates, split oversized items, add dependencies, keep items meeting Definition of Ready.
  • Document and maintain key artifacts in Confluence: process flows, rules/definitions, decision logs, and change notes.
  • Requests prioritization: help stakeholders choose what ships next  
  • Contribute to internal initiatives: map processes, identify bottlenecks, work on optimization changes.
  • Help team understand product’s vision and stakeholder’s needs
  • Facilitating meetings with stakeholders
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of Business Analyst experience in the IT field
  • Ability to break down vague input into clear scope, priorities, assumptions, and constraints.
  • Hands-on experience writing user stories + clear AC (Gherkin or structured) for development execution.
  • Ability to analyze the problem and offer a solution
  • Practical skills in business process analysis/optimization 
  • Understanding of Scrum ceremonies and how backlog refinement supports delivery.
  • Solid understanding of SDLC
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Attention to details, problem-solving skills, and ability to work without supervision
  • Upper-intermediate level of spoken and written English
