responsibilities
  • Working with employees throughout the company's lifecycle: adaptation, motivation, risk management, one-on-one, participation in team buildings, preparing and conducting reviews, offboarding, etc.
  •  In addition to the day-to-day tasks, there are more complex ones: implementation of changes, internal events, etc.
qualifications
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience
  • Understanding of employee lifecycle
  • Experience with L&D processes will be a plus
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills combined with teamwork experience
  • Willingness to help people and be a bit of a psychologist
  • A high level of responsibility
  • A high level of EQ and open-mindedness
  • Understanding of software development domain (programming languages, frameworks, methodologies) will be a plus
  • Upper-intermediate English (written and spoken)

Hiring process:

Hiring process. The hiring process typically involves 2-3 steps, depending on the position: up to a 1-hour interview with HR, a 1.5-hour technical interview, and a final interview.

Overtime policy:

In general, overtimes are not something we practice, but in case of an emergency, and if there is an agreement between the manager and the developer, overtime will be compensated financially.
