Play New York Website Design and Development

Conceptualized and developed by MEV, PlayNY is an interactive mapping application that allows visitors to find and share information about opportunities to play sports. Using Google Maps API we have created a platform that visualizes information about pickup sports in the New York City area.

We wanted to give all New Yorkers a new format to meet neighbors, build a greater sense of community, and promote healthy living. We hope this site will encourage people to explore the beautiful parks of New York, neighborhoods they’ve never been to, and join in games they may otherwise had never known about.
